DUALSECTM PTZ is one of Opgals’ latest thermal imaging cameras with a powerful around the clock, day and night multi sensor observation head, especially developed for medium-high security applications. This system provides 360° horizontal and +/-20° vertically superb situational awareness with medium to long range observation and detection while the CCD enables identification.
Using state-of-the-art thermal imaging and Sony CCD technology, DUALSECTM PTZ includes Opgal’s uncooled Dual Field of View (DFOV) (45mm\135mm) thermal imaging camera for day and night operation. The narrow field-of-view allow you to detect objects, the size of a human being, more than 2 km away, in total darkness, through smoke, light fog and in adverse weather conditions.
DUALSECTM PTZ is ruggedized to withstand the harshest weather and environmental conditions, including rain, direct sunlight, high humidity and dust. It is absolutely effective for securing large open areas providing protection of people and assets during day and night before they are exposed to danger.
